Refund Policy

We reserve studio time and plan services in advance for every client. Because of this, we do not typically offer refunds for sessions, booking retainers, or products. This policy protects your reserved date and keeps our schedule fair for everyone.

All sales are final.

Booking a session (or ordering products) confirms that you understand and agree that payments are non-refundable, including situations such as change of mind, cold feet, third-party concerns, or scheduling conflicts.

Why we have this policy

  • We block off dedicated studio time that cannot always be replaced.
  • We plan staffing, prep, and client experience in advance (including products and beauty prep).
  • We turn away other inquiries for that date once it’s reserved.

Sessions & Booking Fees

  • Non-refundable. Your payment reserves an exclusive date/time for your experience.
  • If something comes up, we’ll do our best to reschedule when possible (subject to availability).
  • If you can’t attend, you may request to transfer/gift your session to someone else (approval required).

Transfer/gifting must be requested before the session date and may require updated paperwork.

Products & Orders

  • Non-refundable. This includes digitals, albums, prints, and any physical products.
  • Shipping or lab delays do not qualify for a refund.
  • If a product issue occurs that cannot be resolved through replacement, we may, at our discretion, offer a studio credit.

Credit (when offered) may include an additional session with digitals for inconvenience, depending on the situation.

Quick answers

“I changed my mind — can I get a refund?” No — payments are non-refundable once made because the date/time and resources are reserved for you.
“What if my partner isn’t comfortable?” We understand life happens. We can explore rescheduling or transferring the session, but refunds are not offered.
“What if something is delayed?” Delays don’t qualify for refunds. If there’s an issue we can’t fix with replacement, we may offer credit in special cases.
“Can I gift it to someone else?” Yes — in many cases we can transfer your session to a friend or family member (with approval and updated paperwork).
